Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you, including under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

The site presents the services of Armoires Mon Wrap Inc.: wrapping and resurfacing of cabinets, islands, countertops, appliances and furniture. Descriptions, timelines, photos and project examples are provided for information only.

Every kitchen is different. The final result, duration of the work and price depend on the condition of your cabinets and the on-site visit.

Sending a quote request through the site creates no obligation, for you or for us. It is simply a first contact.

Only a written quote that you accept binds both parties. The terms of that quote or of the signed contract (price, schedule, warranty, payment terms) take precedence over the content of the site.

From a photo of your kitchen, the Visualizer generates a preview of what a finish could look like. This preview is produced automatically by an artificial intelligence model: it is illustrative and is neither a promise of result nor a commitment on the final look.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that it belongs to you or that you have the right to use it, and that it does not show identifiable people without their consent. You authorize us to process it only to generate the requested preview.

How your photos are handled is described in our Privacy policy.

Colours and textures shown on screen vary with the device, the display and the lighting. They give an idea of the finish, not an exact reproduction. That is why we bring physical samples to the visit.

Catalogue finishes come from suppliers and may be changed or discontinued without notice. We confirm availability at the time of the quote.

The texts, photos, videos, logos, illustrations and design of the site belong to Armoires Mon Wrap Inc. or are used with their owners' permission. The Mon Wrap™ and My Wrap™ names and logos belong to Armoires Mon Wrap Inc.

You may browse the site and share links to its pages. Any other reproduction, modification or commercial use of the content requires our written permission.

When you fill out a form, leave a review or send us photos, you agree to provide accurate information and not to send anything illegal, offensive or that infringes on the rights of others.

If you send us photos of your project or a review, we will only publish them on the site or our social media with your consent.

The site may contain links to external sites (flip-book catalogue, social media, online reviews). We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We do our best to keep the site available and its content accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Armoires Mon Wrap Inc. is not liable for indirect damages related to the use of the site or the inability to use it. This limit does not apply to our obligations to you under your service contract or to the rights the law guarantees you.

We may update these terms, for example when we add a service or a tool to the site. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. The version online at the time of your visit is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Quebec, without limiting the remedies the law reserves for consumers.
